Star Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
– Star fruit: 1 (100g)


– Bird’s eye chili: 3


– White sugar: 20g (adjust to taste)


– Aged vinegar: 1 tablespoon


– Light soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon


– Salt: a pinch



Instructions:


1. Remove the hard edges of the star fruit.


2. Wash thoroughly, then slice horizontally into star-shaped pieces. Place in a bowl, add all seasonings, and mix well. Refrigerate in the preservation layer for two hours to marinate and achieve a cool, refreshing taste.
