Spiced Milk Tea Recipe

Ingredients for Spiced Milk Tea:
– 3 black tea bags


– 4-5 slices of ginger (lightly crushed)


– 5 black peppercorns (crushed)


– 4-5 cardamom pods (cracked open)


– 4-5 cloves


– 1 cinnamon stick


– Sugar to taste


– 3 cups of water


– 1/2 cup full-fat milk (adjust as needed)



Preparation Steps for Spiced Milk Tea:


Step 1: Prepare all required spices.


Step 2: Pour 3 cups of water into a pot, add all spices, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. This spiced water can be stored for later use to make tea throughout the day.


Step 3: Strain the spiced water into a small pot and bring to a boil. Add milk and sugar, then incorporate 3 black tea bags. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove the tea bags, pour into cups, and serve.
