Ingredients:
Duck 2 pieces
Ginger slices 5g
Scallion segments 25g
White sugar 20g
Light soy sauce 15g
Dark soy sauce 5g
Preparation Steps:
1. Pre-cook duck legs until fully done, tested by easily piercing with chopsticks.
2. Allow duck legs to cool completely before cutting into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices until duck skin turns lightly golden.
4. Add scallion segments. Utilize the food processor’s advantage by covering with its lid, select low-speed stir-fry mode, and sequentially add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar through the feeding chute. Maintain low-speed stirring.
5. Stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes, remove lid, and continue heating for 1-2 minutes before serving.
