Ingredients:
– Bacon: 3 slices
– King oyster mushroom: 1
– Green peas: to taste
– Onion: half
– Ginger: 1 small piece
– Quail egg: 1
– Seaweed sheets: 2 pieces
– Black sesame seeds: a small amount
– House Foods Curry: 1 box
Recipe Steps:
1. Prepare the main ingredients.
2. Dice the king oyster mushroom, slice the bacon into small pieces, and mince the onion and ginger. Set aside.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the minced onion and ginger until fragrant.
4. Add the diced king oyster mushroom and stir-fry until softened.
5. Add the bacon slices and cook until done.
6. Incorporate the House Foods Curry.
7. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer until the curry thickens. Then, add the green peas and cook until they are just tender before turning off the heat.
8. Mix an appropriate amount of crushed black sesame seeds into the rice.
9. Combine well, wrap in plastic wrap, and set aside.
10. Use white rice and sesame rice to shape the Totoro figure.
11. Use the cooked quail egg and seaweed sheets to create Totoro’s eyes, nose, and whiskers.
12. Finally, place the rice ball into the curry to complete the dish.
