Ingredients for Mexican Burritos:


– 2 Maenixi tortillas


– 2 slices of cheese



Guacamole:


– 1 avocado


– A small amount of lemon juice


– A pinch of salt



Salsa Sauce:


– 1/2 onion


– 1/2 red bell pepper


– 1/2 yellow bell pepper


– 1/2 green bell pepper


– 1 small chili pepper


– 1 tomato


– A pinch of sugar


– A pinch of salt


– A small amount of lemon juice


– A pinch of chili powder


– A pinch of black pepper



Beef Filling:


– 180g beef chunks


– 2 cloves garlic


– 3 tablespoons soy sauce


– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce


– A small amount of Korean BBQ seasoning powder



Other Sauce Options:


– TABASCO


– Thai pineapple salad sauce


– Yellow mustard and pickled cucumber sauce



Steps for Making Mexican Burritos:


1. Finely chop the small chili pepper, colorful bell peppers, and onion. Dice the tomato and mince the beef (keep some texture, not too fine). Set aside.


2. Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and a small amount of lemon juice to make guacamole. In a large bowl, combine the chopped bell peppers, onion, and tomato. Add a pinch of sugar, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and lemon juice, then mix well to make salsa sauce (without cilantro). Set aside.


3. Slice the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the minced beef and stir-fry briefly. Then, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a small amount of Korean BBQ seasoning powder. Continue stir-frying until well combined, then set aside. Melt the cheese into a sauce and set aside.


4. Lightly toast the tortillas in a pan over low heat until crispy. Once all ingredients are prepared, you can start assembling.


5. Spread a thick layer of guacamole on the tortilla. Layer with salsa sauce, beef filling, and cheese sauce. Optionally, add TABASCO (highly recommended) and two previously recommended VE brand sauces. Drizzle them over the top, and it’s ready to eat!
