Ingredients for French Bread Balls:
– 150g Jinlongyu bread flour
– 2g yeast
– 10g black sesame seeds
– 10g Yesyou coconut oil
– 10g fine sugar
– 1g salt
– 95g water
– 30g SUKI butter
Preparation Steps for French Bread Balls:
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Combine all ingredients except butter.
3. Knead into a dough.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 40 minutes, then refrigerate overnight.
5. Remove and degas.
6. Divide into 6 portions.
7. Shape into rounds, place on a baking tray, and ferment sealed for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with dry flour and add a small amount of butter.
8. Preheat the Changdi air fryer oven and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
9. The baked bread is fluffy, soft, delicious, and chewy.
