Farewell Dinner: Rachel’s Super Delicious and Easy Mexican Nachos

Rachel prepared an incredibly tasty and simple appetizer for the farewell dinner: Mexican Nachos.


Ingredients for Mexican Nachos:


– 1 bag of tortilla chips


– A small amount of shredded green bell pepper


– 1 avocado


– Half a lemon


– 200g ground meat


– Shredded cheese, as desired



Instructions for Mexican Nachos:


Step 1: Cook the ground meat with salt and pepper, then spread it evenly over the tortilla chips.


Sprinkle shredded cheese and finely chopped onion on top.



Step 2: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.



Step 3: For the guacamole, mash the avocado and mix in the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well combined. Serve with the nachos and meat sauce.



This dish pairs perfectly with movies.
