– 6g Indian curry powder
– Spring onion, to taste
– Salt, to taste
– Water, as needed

1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Peel and chop the potato into chunks; peel and chop the tomato into pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté spring onion (or onion if available) until fragrant, then add the tomato and stir-fry until soft.
4. Add water, sprinkle in curry powder, then add potato chunks and peas. Simmer for 6-8 minutes.
5. Stir in the cheese slice until melted, season with salt to taste, and finally reduce the sauce over high heat before turning off.
6. Serve the finished dish.
