– Cabbage: 1 head


– Scallions and Garlic: 5g



Steps for Stir-fried Cabbage with Mexican Chili Sausage:


Step 1: Prepare all ingredients.


Step 2: Tear the cabbage into pieces.


Step 3: Dice the Mexican chili sausage.


Step 4: Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the sausage briefly, then remove and set aside.
