Nine-Layer Kueh Lapis Recipe

Ingredients for Nine-Layer Kueh Lapis:
– 150ml Zhouxing Water Chestnut Powder


– 300ml Coconut Milk


– 100ml White Sugar


– 50g Red Dragon Fruit


– 5g Pandan Powder



Steps to Make Nine-Layer Kueh Lapis:


1. Prepare all ingredients.


2. Mix the plain batter.


3. Extract juice from the dragon fruit.


4. Prepare the colored batter.


5. Steam the kueh layer by layer.


6. Allow it to cool completely before unmolding and cutting.


7. Note the steaming precautions.


8. Visually appealing and delicious.
