Ingredients for Vegetable Salad:
– 1 red bell pepper


– 1 yellow bell pepper


– 1 carrot


– 1/2 yellow onion


– 2 bunches of cilantro


– 2 Dutch cucumbers


– 2 garlic cloves


– 1 lime


– 15ml honey


– 15g peanut butter


– 15ml light soy sauce


– 2 bird’s eye chilies


– 10ml rice vinegar


– 5ml spicy sesame oil


– 30ml water


– 15ml Totole chicken broth concentrate


– Crushed peanuts, as needed



Steps for Vegetable Salad:


1. Gather all ingredients.


2. Dice the bell peppers; julienne the cucumbers, carrot, and onion.


3. Cut the cilantro into sections.


4. Mince the garlic and combine with lime juice, light soy sauce, and honey.


5. Add Totole chicken broth concentrate, peanut butter, bird’s eye chili sections, spicy sesame oil, and water to form the dressing.


6. Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables, mix thoroughly, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts before serving.
